A Beef Crisp is a whole piece of beef, marinated, and then dehydrated extra long until its as crispy as a chip. Its snappy and crispy instead of chewy, and creates a delightful flavor experience.
Original is about a 5/10 spice level; its got some heat, but its very approachable.
We dehydrate Yays for 24 hours, removing the water and concentrating the flavor. Since our product only contains 100% USDA prime beef and premium ingredients and is handmade.
