What started with Yay’s beef crisp recipe — the foundation of Yay’s Snacks — evolved profoundly as Marlin supported his father through lung cancer. During those final months, Marlin witnessed the tenderness of family, the fragility of life, and the quiet courage that holds people together when words no longer can. That experience reshaped his purpose. Yay Strong was created to honor that legacy of resilience, love, and generational strength.
