INGREDIENTS
TACO FILLING:
Yay’s beef crisp
1 tbsp oil
Preferred protein (chopped or shredded)
1 clove garlicminced
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt
Pepper
GUACAMOLE:
2 ripe avocados
Juice of ½ lime
1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
Salt
TOPPINGS:
Sour cream
Thinly sliced radishes
Chopped cilantro
Diced onions (optional)
Lime wedges
Tabasco
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop or shred your preferred protein into small bite-size pieces.
- Heat a pan on medium with a little oil.
- Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir your preferred protein.

Season with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook 2–3 minutes until warm and slightly crisp at the edges.
- Make the guacamole and mash the avocados in a bowl.
- Add lime juice, cilantro, and salt.
- Mix until creamy but still a little chunky.
- Heat Yay's beef crisp over a skillet or open flame for 10–15 seconds per side. Bend the center to make a U-shape.
- Assemble the tacos and add a spoonful of the filling.
- Top with a scoop of guacamole and add a dollop of sour cream.
- Place thin radish slices on top for crunch.
- Sprinkle fresh cilantro and onions (optional).

Finish with a squeeze of lime and a drizzle of Tabasco.
