INGREDIENTS
2 salmon fillets (approx. 6–8 oz each)
1 tbsp oil
Salt
Pepper
Green onions
Sesame seeds
Rice
Soy sauce
Chili
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat the skillet over medium-high heat; add oil and let it warm until shimmering.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down (if skin on) and cook for ~4–5 minutes until the skin is crisp and golden.
- Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 3–4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches ~125–130 °F (for medium) or cooks to your preference.
- Remove salmon from skillet and let rest for 1 minute.

Plate the salmon, add chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice and season rice with Yay's beef crisps. Dip in chili mixed withsoy sauce to your preference.
