INGREDIENTS
2 ripe avocados
1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
Juice of ½ lime
Salt
1 tbsp diced onion
1 small tomato, finely diced
1 clove garlic, minced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash to your texture: Use a fork or masher to crush the avocado until smooth or slightly chunky—your choice!
- Add lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Mix well.
- Customize your guac (optional): Fold in diced onion, tomato, and/or minced garlic for extra flavor.
- Add more lime or salt as needed.
